IPK, s.r.o. was established in 1998 under its original name, TERSTAV s.r.o., to provide construction services. Its activities gradually expanded to include metalwork, pipe installation, thermal insulation of pipes and equipment, central heating and boiler room installations, gas installations and plumbing – water supply, drainage and sanitary fixtures – electrical installation work, installation of water and heat meters, removal and disposal of asbestos-containing materials, and the supply and manufacture of fabric expansion joints.
The core activities of IPK, s.r.o. are thermal and cold insulation of process equipment and buildings, insulation of external walls and roofs, and roof structures.
IPK, s.r.o. – environment and quality
- Operating in Slovakia and abroad, IPK, s.r.o. designs, estimates, installs and supplies thermal insulation for warm-water, hot-water and steam pipelines, vessels, storage tanks, columns, boilers, turbines, pumps, water reservoirs, ventilation and air-conditioning equipment, and deep-cold equipment. We insulate buildings using the latest technologies with fibre-based and polystyrene insulation and rendered finishes.
- We provide roof structures and roof insulation for new buildings and refurbishments, ensuring high-quality protection against water ingress.
- IPK, s.r.o. insulates cold stores and freezer rooms using high-quality polyurethane or mineral wool sandwich panels.
- IPK, s.r.o. prepares technical documentation for these services. Our technical department works with design companies, material suppliers and investors on the design preparation of major construction projects and also provides consultancy.
- IPK, s.r.o. holds integrated management system certification to EN ISO 9001:2015, EN ISO 14001:2015 and EN ISO 45001:2018, approved by 3EC International a.s.
IPK, s.r.o. – environment and quality
- In 2008, IPK s.r.o. was awarded certification by 3EC International a.s. in accordance with ISO 9001:2008. The certification was continuously maintained and updated, and in 2013 it was extended into an integrated management system (IMS), in accordance with EN ISO 9001:2008 and 14001:2004 for product quality management and environmental protection, and the international standard OHSAS 18001:2007. In 2020, the system was updated to the latest standards. The certificates listed are EN ISO 9001:2015, EN ISO 14001:2015 and EN ISO 45001:2018, valid until 2 January 2029.
