Industrial insulation of a cyclone with external sheet metal cladding. Shaped sections follow the cylindrical parts, bends and changes in the equipment’s cross-section.
The project highlights detailed sheet metal fabrication and connections around the supporting steel structure. The cladding creates a protective surface for the insulation system, including complex shapes.
Power plant insulation and cladding
Insulation and sheet metal cladding of pipework and process equipment at a power plant. Continuous metal covering follows straight pipe runs, elbows, branches and larger equipment bodies.
The project combines industrial insulation with the manufacture and installation of shaped sheet metal components. Cladding details around service openings and access platforms are also visible.
Building façade repair
Refurbishment of the façade and soffit around a building entrance. Before and after photographs show the transformation of the damaged surface into a complete façade with a uniform colour finish.
The repaired surfaces meet window reveals, door openings and soffit edges. The result is an improved appearance of both the entrance area and the building envelope.
Silo insulation and cladding
Renewal of the insulation and sheet metal cladding of a vertical silo at an industrial site. The photographs show the original damaged surface and the completed cladding of the cylindrical section and lower cone.
The cladding is shaped to fit the silo and the details around access platforms, the ladder and supporting elements. The project combines insulation work with sheet metal fabrication across large surfaces and complex junctions.
