The purpose of processing personal data to the extent provided is to maintain the controller’s accounts and process accounting documents.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
You have the following rights concerning the processing of your personal data:
Withdrawal of consent – where we process your personal data on the basis of your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. You can withdraw consent electronically at ipk@ipk.sk or in writing by sending a notice of withdrawal. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.
Right of access – you have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you and information on how we use it. In most cases, your personal data will be provided in writing on paper unless you request another method. If you requested this information electronically, it will be provided electronically where technically possible.
Right to rectification – we take reasonable steps to ensure that the information we hold about you is accurate, complete and up to date. If you believe that our information is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, please ask us to correct, update or supplement it.
Right to erasure (right to be forgotten) – you may ask us to erase your personal data, for example where the data we collected is no longer needed for its original purpose. However, this right must be assessed in the light of all relevant circumstances. For example, we may have legal or regulatory obligations that prevent us from complying with your request.

We handle data subjects’ requests free of charge, except as provided in Section 21(3) of Act No. 18/2018 on Personal Data Protection, under which the controller may charge a reasonable fee for repeated provision of personal data.
